MARLOW CARNIVAL
SATURDAY 18TH SEPTEMBER 2010
What's happening…….?
Everything you ever wanted to know about the Stalls in Higginson Park
Stall Holders .......thank you for attending the Carnival!
q Access to the Park will be possible from 8.00am. You must be up and running by 11.00am.
q One Car is allowed entry to the Park. Additional car passes available at £5 each.
q The Field Master will direct you to your site. We make every effort to be fair in the allocation of sites; if you have any problems the Field Master will do his best to help you; however his decision on the day must be final.
q You will need to supply your own tables and chairs unless previously agreed with the MCA.
q You have a maximum frontage of 15 feet, which is sufficient to erect some form of gazebo if you so wish with plenty of working space behind. Please do not 'drift' over the frontage line!
q Would you please clear your site of rubbish before leaving the Park? This would be very much appreciated by 'the workers' who have to clear the Park of all the tents, equipment and rubbish. So don't forget the black bags!
q After all your hard work setting up….check out the BBQ for bacon sandwiches and the Tea Boutique for a nice cup of tea….they will be open by then!
q Please do not breakdown your stall or leave the Park before 5.00pm. Only exception being snow, sleet or very high winds!
q We would ask you to respect the performances on stage and not clash with them with music or activities from your own stall. Commercial stalls are asked not to sell guns with caps for the same reason.
q We would also ask you not to sell cakes or biscuits in any quantity on your stall as this tends to affect the Tea Boutique which is run by the MCA as a major source of income during the Carnival. Thank you for your understanding on this matter.
Any problems…..please give me a call!
